ICC-Foamer is specifically formulated to produce a stable, high density foam in all types of ground water conditions in¬cluding brackish, highly saline and hard water.
ICC-Foamer may be used in a variety of air drilling applications from simple rotary air to reverse circulation drilling. ICC¬Foamer is designed to produce high volumes of foam exhibiting greater bubble strength with superior retention. The combination of these characteristics effectively lowers the airvolumes required and significantly improves cuttings trans-portation.
ICC-Foamer has proven to assist in regaining returns in highly cavernous formations and through the improved reten¬tion values will better control water inflows.
ICC-Foamer can be used for dust suppression, mist and foam drilling or combined with select polymers and benton¬ites. When used correctly ICC-Foamer can assist with hole stability, reduce the stickiness of clays and shales and problems associated with mud rings and bit balling.
