PEB70 is a flotation frother with a broad range and good selectivity.
It can be compared with “DOW250” and “AERO65” in its applications.
Although most commonly frothers used in alkaline flotation, PEB70 is being used in both acidic and alkaline flotation system from pH 4 to 12. Basic components of PEB70 are Alkanol poly Alkyl ether and Special collector additives.
Dosage rate of PEB70 depends on ore type¸ grinding size and water quality. The dosage is usually between 10 to 40 grams per tons

Recommended materials to store, handling and distribution PEB70 are galvanized steel, stainless steel brass, copper, and polymeric (plastic) materials.
This product should not be exposed to direct sun light during storage.
PEB70 is packed in 220 lit (net: 200 kg), galvanized or steel drum, each 4 drums strapped on a pallet.
PEB70 has a shelf life of at least two years in room temperature.
PEB70 is regarded as practically non-toxic chemical.
Remove victim from exposure to fresh air immediately, if not breathing, give artificial respiration; if breathing is difficult, give medical oxygen. Get medical aid immediately.
If skin contact occurs, wash the affected area with plenty of water and a neutral soap for a minimum of 5 minutes.
If eye contact occurs, wash with plenty of clean water or amphoteric eye solution for a minimum of 15 minutes, holding the eyes open, medical advice should be followed.
