توضیحات محصول
I.C.C manufactures a wide range of polyether polyols that allow formulators to produce high quality polyurethanes. Polyols contain reactive hydroxyl (OH) groups which react with isocyanate (NCO) groups on isocyanates to form polyurethanes. Polyol RI4400 is a glycerin/sucrose-initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 4.2. Due to this polyol’s high functional nature, it is typically used in rigid foam and its applications. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols allows for foam systems with high to low degrees of crosslinking. In addition, Polyol RI4400 is a neutral material, which presents the formulator with complete catalytic control over a system. We offer a wide variety of raw materials for the production of molded rigid foams.
Polyol RI4400 is a clear, light colored and low viscosity polyol. Polyol RI4400 has excellent compatibility with blowing agents and isocyanates for high index and isocyanurate foams, as well as appliance, high density and general-purpose foam formulations. Also, it is 100% active without any amine catalyst and relatively nontoxic.
